We only accept returns if it is damaged by courier service or if we sent you wrong product by mistake.

We check all orders before shipping to you and we ensure all the safety measures before delivering it to your doorstep. But in any case if you received any damaged product or wrong product then you should record video while unboxing. And send that video to us on our email – ‘support@manirafashion.com’. we will check and revert back to you accordingly.

If we didn’t find any damage by courier then there is no return or refund.

If we didn’t find any wrong item sent to you, then there is no return or refund.

If we find any damage of products by courier then we can offer refund and ask you to return the products to us. We will communicate accordingly for such issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

We don’t offer any exchange of the products. If we find any damage in products or if we sent you wrong product by mistake then you have to return the products to us in same condition then we can offer you refund accordingly after checking the products.
